I moved in to 25 east 67th st in May 2018 and quickly discovered mold in the kitchen ! They said the removed it but in oct it was up the wall again— the management lied and played games refusing too move me to another apt and played games with the office and had me calling back and forth — the super would come up and paint over the paint which obviously did nothing — I got sick and couldn’t live there half of the year . They would not let me out of my lease and wouldn’t remediate it — I payed a mold test to be done and it came back positive and they needed to remove the entire kitchen cabinets — they didn’t nothing after they recurved the report .. it was the worst experience— I felt like I was in a science fiction movie — They make everyone pay months upfront — ants roaches and leaks and BLACK MOLD all over this building — DO NOT MOVE IN — they are crooks — !!! Stay away
