I've lived in this company's building for over ten years. Parkoff is a very hands on, responsive management company. Scott Kiaer, was my manager and was a great, responsive property manager. Promptly responded to issues and always available! more

I moved in to 25 east 67th st in May 2018 and quickly discovered mold in the kitchen ! They said the removed it but in oct it was up the wall again— the management lied and played games refusing too move me to another apt and played games with the office and had me calling back and forth — the super would come up and paint over the paint which obviously did nothing — I got sick and couldn’t live there half of the year . They would not let me out of my lease and wouldn’t remediate it — I payed a mold test to be done and it came back positive and they needed to remove the entire kitchen cabinets — they didn’t nothing after they recurved the report .. it was the worst experience— I felt like I was in a science fiction movie — They make everyone pay months upfront — ants roaches and leaks and BLACK MOLD all over this building — DO NOT MOVE IN — they are crooks — !!! I have been filing violations for my apartment. They do not know how to fix things properly. They fix one thing and break another. My apartment had peeling paint for years. They put floor in the kitchen and couldn't clean it before using glue to attach it to the floor. As a result within few months my floor tiles are not attached anymore, cracks in the floor. There was a problem with floor in the hall, they put new floor but left a hole between floor and wall. I had to file violations so that they would fix the hole . they fixed the hole but damaged the wall in the process. Had to file violation for them to come and fix the wall. The hole in the ceiling, holes in the walls. Multiple c emergency violations. The tennants who complain seem to disappear very quickly. They tried to evict me by saying that they didn't get my check. The check was cashed, it was in my bank statement. I even had a letter from the bank. Friedman is low life - tennants are not people for him, just piece of meat. I have been living in the building for many years, they bought it few years ago. The climate is completely different, the atmosphere of fear and intimidation. The super is very bad. more

Worst manager ever is David Friedman he brings the bills late never comes to the building we have a super that doesn't do shit and we have a garbage manager so this building is garbage it's located on regopark. more
