I adopted my dog from here in 2008. My dog received vaccines and sick appointments for 11 years. Customer service has declined, and I decided it would be worth it to pay more to see a different pet provider. I did not like it when I scheduled a vet appointment then received an email that it was scheduled on another day and time 24 hours before the scheduled appointment I agreed too. Secondly, they overcharged me for a vet exam fee. I had to repeatedly tell the girl at the front desk, that according to their website (printed out proof from their website to show her) that I was overcharged. I also had to wait an hour even though o made an appointment. And a woman, who looked like a man gave me a snarky attitude when I asked her how long was the wait. She told me she explained they were short staff when she told me nothing.
