Review content:
We called O'Brien to perform an annual maintenance service on the Trane brand heating and cooling unit in our condo. Several issues were noted during the visit, such that we concluded it would be more economical to replace the (original to the condo) equipment.
The O'Brien team jumped on our request with all deliberate speed. Tom B, design specialist, gathered detailed information and recommended equipment particular to the size and building position of our condo. O'Brien worked diligently with us to accomplish the installation, inspection and demonstration in our requested time frame.
We are extremely satisfied with O'Brien's performance and give them our highest recommendation.
