Let me start out by saying that initially, I had a very serious problem with one of the sister stores in Rochester, Michigan. I was frustrated beyond all description. I then called the Clinton Township store and spoke with the owner, John, about my situation hoping for some help. Suffice it to say that John resolved the problem with the expertise, understanding and integrity that I have come to know and love about this chain. Let me end by saying that I have the highest regard for people of John's caliber; he is, what we once knew, as a man of the highest ethical and business sense. Thank you, once again, John, you have renewed my faith in my fellow man!
