not even a one star, we tried to help out the place with adopting a pet and the staff falsely accused us of having 13 dogs, so I asked where did they get that information from and I was told from banfield so I asked for the number of the person they talk with so I can clear my record I called banfield and they said they did not tell them no such thing caught them in a big lie after that they came up with oh we don't adopt outside dogs I said ok fine if that's the issue I understand I get something else so they still said no we can't adopted so with all that being said no service from me I'm done I was just trying to help them out but I guess all the story they tell on the news are lies too I guess all advertising is for money
