Stancil/Bradley Built does not stand by their builds. They say they will and try to call them to get them out to rectify the problem, well you might as well wait for pigs to fly. There is always an excuse and it is a shame and just a sorry state of affairs that they will take your money and say fill out our list of problems and we will repair them. They also send in below average workers that do sub par work on your home. The lady that works there Wendy is very rude and not in the least professional. I wonder if she was in the same situation how things would work out. So low and behold do research on this company and don't believe the good reviews, those are only their family workers, who are real estate agents writing those ridiculous reviews. Good luck if you do own a Stancil/Bradley Built home and have problems now because you will be left with those problems.
