If you like people snooping through your things when you're not home and windows so drafty the curtains move then this is the place for you. In addition, there the stink bugs and those Japanese beetles. Every once in a while your things will sprout legs and disappear. Especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they're in the office. I'm not sure how many people have access to your apartment but its enough. You can hear water dripping in the walls when you shower or turn on you sinks. They say no pets but the apartment smells like a pet has been there.
If you do decide to move in invest in some cameras for every room and I mean every room.
