The apartment Manager is very noisy. She goes through all your belongings, your closest, your drawers, your bookcase, your books, your mail and anything else she can go through. She will just walk into your apartment without notice. If you move in there make sure you have cameras in every room because some of you things will disappear. Also keep a door jammer to stop she from coming in when your are home. more

Its not good 6/1/2019

The apartment manager sit in your apartment for hours while you're working. She read your mail. She go through your drawers and who knows what information she's stealing. And I wouldn't be surprised if she isn't the only one. There's a lot of people moving out. more

This place is a dump 5/4/2019

Fresh paint doesn't make it a nice place. The carpet is crap and the other person was right, it does smell like animals. They really do go through your things when you're not there. They claim for inspection but they come in when it isn't inspection time. They mainly want rent money and if you have something nice in your apartment, that too. They don't fix anything they feel is expensive and $100 is to them. more

I wouldn't recemmend this place 4/6/2019

If you like people snooping through your things when you're not home and windows so drafty the curtains move then this is the place for you. In addition, there the stink bugs and those Japanese beetles. Every once in a while your things will sprout legs and disappear. Especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they're in the office. I'm not sure how many people have access to your apartment but its enough. You can hear water dripping in the walls when you shower or turn on you sinks. They say no pets but the apartment smells like a pet has been there. If you do decide to move in invest in some cameras for every room and I mean every room. more

apartments 11/15/2005

These apartments are based on your income. They are great places to rent. I started off there about 20 years ago. I loved it. They are designed well and you get a lot of square footage for your dollar. They keep the grounds up nicely and it is a safe environment to live. The managment is very nice and helpful. more
