Always excellent service from the staff at New Age Air. When service is due, I received an email reminder to schedule my service. I replied to the email and immediately received a number of selection for dates and times. Scheduling was very easy. Brittany was very accommodating and helpful. I also received a text appointment reminder the day before the appointment and a phone call the morning of the appointment to ensure I would be available. While on route, I then received a communication containing a picture and background information for the technician, Tim S. Tim arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He wore booties as not to track dirt through our house. Tim did a thorough job in servicing our HVAC and explained all the work. He also provided valuable information on how I can better manage my system. Overall, the service I received from Brittany and Tim S. were excellent. I greatly appreciate New Age Air's communication system and the personal attention I received. I would highly recommend New Age Air to anyone needing an HVAC system or service.
