I called O'Brien on a Friday, and they were at my home first thing Monday morning. The technician, Aaron N., was courteous and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the problem and repair the unit in fairly short order. Aaron explained the necessary repairs and the associated costs and then researched my warranty information and discovered the necessary part would be covered. His commitment to quality service demonstrated to me that O'Brien selects their staff and trains them to the highest standard. I am very impressed with O'Brien and have invested in an on-going service contract, as a result. I highly recommend them as a service provider.
