My vehicle had one wiper arm that did not work, so I decided to take it to APEX because they had done some great work in the past eight years on my vehicles. I don't feel as if the business itself is so bad, but some of the mechanics are lost. They had to replace the wiper assembly, and when doing so and fixed, the wiper arms were coming off of the vehicle. They said that maybe it was a faulty part. I took the vehicle back, and it took them 3 plus hours to correct the issue, and it was still wrong. I just became frustrated and left. I spent three days and over eight hours over a period of 4 days waiting for faulty work that should have only taken a couple of hours. It may cost more to go to Firestone, but at least I get customer satisfaction for all the mony that I pay. I don't know if I will use them again!
