My furnace died the night of the historic brutal polar vortex. Hoekstra sent a technician out in the horrible weather to temporarily start my 20 year old furnace. Early the next morning the vice-president Dave came to my home to review my options to purchase a furnace. I signed a contract and paid. The furnace could not be installed until the next day. Fearful that my old furnace would not last through the expected minus 25 degree night. Hoekstra sent another technician that afternoon with temporary replacement parts for the old furnace. The next day Salvadore installed my new furnace with the outdoor temperature not rising above minus 14 degrees. He brought with him two portable heaters to keep me warm while he disconnected the old furnace and installed the new one. Everyone at Hoekstra from Jackie on the phone to all of the technicians were top quality people, service oriented, polite, skilled communicators, skilled technicians.
