Review content:
Had a pipe burst and no running water in a house of 5. Papalia was very responsive and sent someone the next day. The plumber arrived at the promised time and did an expert job replacing 6 inches of PVC with copper. My only complaint was the fee (I was told of the fee before the work, but didn't have a choice). The plumber was at my house for 45 minutes and the total bill was $515. I would certainly use them again in an emergency. But they are at least 2x what I would expect for a plumber.
