We've used Hayes Heating for the last few years to service our Heat Recovery Vent Fan and our Navien tankless water heater. We were so happy with their work that we have a service contract for both units. Recently, we needed to replace the water heater and Hayes Heating's team took care of the installation quickly and professionally. The installers were courteous and worked efficiently to remove and replace the malfunctioning unit in one day. Kirtan Hayes has been very helpful in working with the manufacturer to make a warranty claim on the old water heater and even called us back on a Sunday to provide a status update. It's nice to find a company that you can trust to take care of the major systems in your home. I'm glad that we found Hayes Heating!
