Waking up to a furnace not hearing, I called Hoekstra as soon as I knew someone would be in the office. Brenda listened to my concerns and immediately scheduled a technician to come to my home. Jeff H. arrived at the time agreed upon. He listened to my concerns and immediately set about fixing the problem. He explained what needed to be done and what was done when he was finished. He cleaned the work area and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left. He was patient and polite and very professional.
