Review content:
We were pretty desperate when our waterline broke -- no water; three children home for the holidays. Brown came to our home very quickly after the problem erupted; gave us a frank assessment of what the repairs would entail; and scheduled the days (this is a two day job) to replace the water line.
Although we would have liked the work to be done sooner (we had to wait twelve days), we understood the complexity of the job and the difficulty of mounting repairs over the holiday season. So we coped -- and thankfully, the Brown crew showed up as scheduled, and worked very hard to restore our water quickly on the first day of the job. The company communicated responsibly with us throughout, and the crew was very kind -- empathic!
We are very grateful for Brown for helping us navigate a very difficult time!
