Love the fact I can call 24/7 and most of the time the service techs are super nice. But this time the price was just ridiculous! I called and just a service call was $129/139 for weekend/after hours. That’s fine, my basement partially flooded from my A/C I needed to know what the heck was going on. He ended up pouring hot water and some pool liquid shock/chlorine that’s the only thing we had. No bleach. My total $286.76, you’d think he would have had his own solution for that price! I can see if he actually did something but moving forward, we’ll rethink using TMI in the future. I’ve used TMI multiple times in the past and the price has never been this high! Lesson learned!
