I don't know the name of the young man who did the inspection (It was snowing and he graciously helped me get into the house). I have been more than satisfied with my service: When I signed up, I had very expensive losses due to hungry mice. I no longer experience this.at all. Also I particularly like the efficiency and personality of the young lady who calls to alert me re: inspection dates.
