Daniel and Jason both performed admirably. They were on time and completed the jobs to our satisfaction. We are of course just at the beginning of the process to see if the defenses against rodents actually work. We will let you know. more

January 2019 routine evaluation 1/2/2019

I don't know the name of the young man who did the inspection (It was snowing and he graciously helped me get into the house). I have been more than satisfied with my service: When I signed up, I had very expensive losses due to hungry mice. I no longer experience this.at all. Also I particularly like the efficiency and personality of the young lady who calls to alert me re: inspection dates. more

Daniel did his work outside and I don't see it when he does it outside. He always does a good job, so no problem. But I will tell you: I am sick and tired of constant surveys from every manjack we have business transactions with, so don't count on my answering any more. Thank you. more

Daniel has been to our house a number of times over the past 5 years, always with a genuinely friendly and professional attitude, and always has taken good care of us. Not such good care of the mice or other creatures that have tried to inhabit our house. I am more than appreciative. I am grateful. more
