My furnace went out recently, resulting in the expected inconvenience and discomfort. What is worse, it happened at a time of great stress over an ill family member and the possibility of sudden travel. The W E Brown team acted with concern and urgency in assisting me. In particular, Matt C. displayed skill and professionalism in diagnosing the problem and designing a temporary solution while we awaited a back-ordered part from the manufacturer. He carefully explained the situation and offered a helpful strategy for the interim. Most important, he displayed caring and compassion in a trying time. He is a credit to his company.
