I want to give a much deserved thank you to the excellent service provided to us by Chris Hagins of Blanton’s Air, Plumbing and Electric. Chris was so pleasant, knowledgeable, honest, personable and proactive from the very first interaction. He communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process. The discussions had, knowledge he shared and expertise shown by Chris was just perfection. We had a major issue and Chris was able to do all of the mentioned above and resolve the issue within a few days. I had multiple questions, and Chris was patient and thorough in explaining everything to me. Even if things needed to be discussed further or explained again, he was there. There was a follow up needed and he handled it like it were an emergency. Just excellent customer service from him at every single point of the experience. In the future, if we have any plumbing needs, my family will be specifically requesting Chris, as he has shown himself to be honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. We now have a preferred plumber and company. Thank you Chris!!!
