My wife has been at kindred for nearly two months and during the two months here; as her husband I have had interaction with many staff members. Some of our time here was in ICU and the care provided by two nurses was excellent. These nurses are super. The facility conducts weekly team meetings and these are very informative as they relay her progress and plan of care in a way that I can understand. Upper management and the patient relations representative coming around and interacting with the family and patient makes us feel somewhat at home and they want to know about any concerns we may have. Physicians are open for discussions and easy to talk to. Compared to other hospitals, I feel the cleanliness is superb. Everyone treats us with kindness and compassion. I would recommend this facility to others.
