I was recently advised by my podiatrist that I should be wearing a particular shoe, the New Balance 928. I did some research and saw that Sneakerama carried this shoe, and that the price was $10 cheaper at other places I looked. I went to the store and the staff bent over backwards to help me. I went back and forth between a B width and a D width, finally settling on the B. Steve, the owner, assured me that if I took the shoe home and tried it out indoors for a few days and wasn't happy with it I could come back and exchange it for the D width. Well, after a few days I realized that I would probably be more comfortable in the wider width and true to his word Steve made the exchange for me. He assured me that if I had any further problems to come back again and he would "make it right" for me. The shoe in the new size has worked out fine and I am very happy with it. The service at this store is the way things were in the old days. The staff took a lot of time with me and made sure I was happy. Most other places would never provide this type of service. I would strongly recommend this local small business to everyone!
