Review content:
Contracted with WE Brown to do annual Generac generator maintenance. Office staff was nice to work with, promptly sent information, called to confirm appointment, handled payment with credit card over the phone. Technician was promptly here at the appointed time, asked good questions about the generator operation, completed the entire work within an hour, and reassured all was fine. Nice people to work with. A local competitor dropped us for the annual maintenance plan with virtually no notice (they said they didn’t do that work anymore when I called to schedule the service) and no recommendation regarding a replacement. WE Brown gladly took on the work. Very helpful and will continue to use them for all our needs.
