Cedars Lakeside is a very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Plenty of amenities: underground parking, outdoor pool, storage rooms, laundry facilities, etc. Apartments, buildings, and outdoor areas are always well maintained. Conveniently located near Rice Street, 35E and 694. The property management team is very professional, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. They keep resident satisfaction a top priority: 1) Convenient office hours. 2) Proactive communications to keep residents updated on various topics of interest - snow removal, etc. 3) Easy to approach with any type of question or concern. 4) Requested repairs and maintenance are completed in a very timely manner. Overall, Cedars Lakeside is a wonderful place to live for residents of all ages.
