Cedars Lakeside

Cedars Lakeside is a very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Plenty of amenities: underground parking, outdoor pool, storage rooms, laundry facilities, etc. Apartments, buildings, and outdoor areas are always well maintained. Conveniently located near Rice Street, 35E and 694. The property management team is very professional, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. They keep resident satisfaction a top priority: 1) Convenient office hours. 2) Proactive communications to keep residents updated on various topics of interest - snow removal, etc. 3) Easy to approach with any type of question or concern. 4) Requested repairs and maintenance are completed in a very timely manner. Overall, Cedars Lakeside is a wonderful place to live for residents of all ages. more

We have been a resident for the last 2 years, were looking at moving and decided to stay and renew our lease once we started our search, we found that Cedars Lakeside is a great value for all that they offer. Close to both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. Secure and clean building. Great management, quite clean buildings and secure. I would recommend Cedars Lakeside of other apartments that I have lived in. more

Extremely sad to say I just moved out of my home at Cedars Lakeside Apartments. ?? From touring the complex, moving in, many people wonderful months of living in my 1 bedroom apartment, to move out day I had nothing but positive experiences through and through. I can't recommend these apartments enough to anyone looking for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom home. Every rental comes with a heated underground parking spot in the garage plus tons of visitor parking in the multiple surface lots, a storage unit, a beautiful outdoor pool with patio furniture and green place, 24/7 laundry on every floor, a business center, a fitness center, a tanning bed, free movie rentals, and a free car wash bay, all on top of your spacious, updated apartment each with its own outdoor patio. I feel extremely lucky to have called Cedars my home and will miss it greatly! You can't beat the helpful, friendly employees, proximity to the city, beautiful walking trails by the water features and parks near the complex, and quiet, respectful neighbors at Cedars Lakeside. I promise you will not regret giving this company a call! ?? more

I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. The staff is great and very helpful. Only bad thing is they raise your rent every year. Would recommend to everyone more

This place Is home. My 2nd floor apt faces the lake with a large tree 20 feet from my balcony which offers privacy and makes me feel like I am in the middle of a forest. The floor plan is spacious with a large walkthrough closet, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and raised panel doors. The staff is helpful and courteous and take pride in what goes on here. I only wish they had an indoor pool. Everything else is top notch. more
