At 8AM, Brian, the salesman, arrived to review the details of the install. I was not expecting this, but was pleased to see this project was important to him. At 8:15, the "squad of four" arrived, reviewed the plan with Brian/me, and started to tear out the old system. They laid down drop cloths and were very careful in hauling out the old equipment, bringing in the new. Each tech. had a specialty, yet they were always helping the other techs when needed. They answered any questions I had (I can be nosey) and yet never stopped working. They were elbow to elbow, working on this project; the project just flowed flawlessly. The metal fabricator did any outstanding job, matching up the old with the new. Gas and water piping was square and level; I was very pleased. The heating system was fine tuned, and the job was done. I was given a run thru of how to adjust the water heater, etc. so when they left (5PM) I was comfortable with the systems operation. I am a fussy, detailed person. Over the years, I have done my own maintenance, upgrades, etc, so when I hire someone, I expect the best. And that's what I got! The quote was a little pricey, but I researched how this company did business, especially service support, so I was comfortable with hiring them. I'm still baffled how they got the job done in one day!
