Ryan came to our home to fix an air conditioning system. He was professional and was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner - he is an experienced HVAC guy. He was friendly and respectful. This company does it right. I called the company at 6:00 PM to let them know I needed someone to come out to look at my heating system. I had no heat & no hot water and a snow storm was about to hit in 48 hours. Ryan came out that night and we decided I needed to replace my entire heating system. They sent me a quote the next day and the heating system was replaced the day after that. The heat was running by 5:00 PM and it starting snowing around 7:00 PM. I have to thank Ryan & Bob for an outstanding job and the follow-up. more

Repair of previous error 5/14/2019

The previous service person failed to reconnect wires after the spring AC servicing several days back. No heat as a result. Nat'l Refridge had someone else out within a couple of hours of my call to remedy the situation..a quick fix. more

From the moment I called National Refrigeration, the service was EXCELLENT. From Ryan, Sean, Rito, Charles and Josh there was complete professionalism, they were on time, knowledge of what needed to be done, hard-working, clean and worked until the job was done.
