I have been with State Farm for over 40 yrs. This past week reconfirmed that long time relationship I have had with State Farm in Inver Grove Heights has been the right choice for insurance. I hit a dear on my way to work in the early dark hours on Tuesday. I was able to call and speak to live person that early in the morning from the roadside and get my claim started. Wednesday I received a call from Aaron there claims agent and they had already picked up my car from impound, inspected it , totaled it and had a dollar amount for me. I chose to have the check sent to my agent Brian Youmans office. Friday I receive a call from Katie at Brian's office and my check was all ready there. I was able to pick it up, get it in the bank and go car shopping on Saturday. The friendliness, speed and efficiency of State Farm, Brian Youmans and his team made this whole unnerving situation more bearable. Thank you for being there for me this past week, the last 40 yrs and into the future. Mari
