I have been with State Farm for over 40 yrs. This past week reconfirmed that long time relationship I have had with State Farm in Inver Grove Heights has been the right choice for insurance. I hit a dear on my way to work in the early dark hours on Tuesday. I was able to call and speak to live person that early in the morning from the roadside and get my claim started. Wednesday I received a call from Aaron there claims agent and they had already picked up my car from impound, inspected it , totaled it and had a dollar amount for me. I chose to have the check sent to my agent Brian Youmans office. Friday I receive a call from Katie at Brian's office and my check was all ready there. I was able to pick it up, get it in the bank and go car shopping on Saturday. The friendliness, speed and efficiency of State Farm, Brian Youmans and his team made this whole unnerving situation more bearable. I have had insurance through State Farm ever since I started driving, and my parents have been insured under them as well for many years. I have been with Youmans office for 6 years and we have homeowners, auto, and life insurance and we have never once had a bad experience! It's very easy to make changes to your policy and premiums are more than affordable. I would highly recommend this very friendly office! more

This agency and the people who work here (especially Katie) are extremely helpful and friendly. I came in not knowing much about insurance policies and what I was actually paying for. I am now leaving with all of my questions answered and feel as though I was treated in a very personable way opposed to the agency I left where I felt like just another account. more

Love, love, love this State Farm. They've been so great to me in the pass 4 year. When my car was broken into last year they've replace everything from cash to jewelry to other personal items. I have been working with Brian and his AMAZING staff for the past two years. We have a few different policies with them and I have felt more educated about insurance because of Brian and his team. They really take the time to answer my questions and give me peace of mind. My calls are answered by an actual person, instead of going through a series of phone prompts. Brian, Patrice & Keith are awesome at customer service and truly easy to work with. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who is looking to make a change.
