Review content:
We had a new HVAC unit (Magic Pak) installed today through Capital Heating and Cooling. Our Installer, Skander A., was phenomenal. He arrived on time, was professional, and worked diligently to complete the entire installation. Our unit was located in a small closet that required additional work to fit the new unit in the closet, including installing a new duct, which was very time-consuming. Skander made sure to explain the entire process and demonstrate what he was doing (as well as explaining why he was doing it), to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Skander also made sure to lay down extensive tarps to protect our carpeting and he wore booties to ensure that no dirt or debris made that none of our flooring was damaged or dirtied. Overall, we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Capital Heating and Cooling and specifically our installer, Skander.
