Review content:
We had an emergency on Sunday. Water was leaking all over the floor in the area next to our heat pump. Sent for emergency service from W.E. Brown. Got quick response, but Sam could find no immediate cause of the leak. He persisted and finally located the problem and fixed it. He also vacuumed up the water on the floor. Sam was really great and we were so lucky that he was the one on emergency duty that day.
