David was the service tech who visited my home today to check my HVAC system.
He gave me a call to let me know he was arriving in 20 mins. He arrived on time, was clean and neat and quite courteous.
He spent awhile checking all the required areas for the inspection and emailed me a copy of today's visit, which I received.
I found him to be quite knowledgable, competent, efficient and reassuring.
Verbally shared with me, that next year, we might want to drain the water heater. I understood what he explained.
I would give him a high rating, as a 6 out of 6 and would recommend him as a professional in his area.
