I found Ranger Plumbing and Heating to be a lousy plumbing contractor. I discussed my floor drain problems with the owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating when I first decided to renovate my house. The owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating assured me my drain problem would be fixed.
It is now 7 months later and I have paid my general contractor $222,700 on a $200,000 contract. The additional $22,700 was for change orders.
After 7 months and nearly a quarter of a million dollars later, my floor drain still backs up. I spoke with the owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating multiple times. He failed to show up twice when he said he would have someone there. He instructs his office help not to give out his phone number or email address so that homeowners who have a problem can contact him.
In my final conversation with the owner, he had no explanation why my floor drain did not function properly, when I brought this up to him 7 months ago and he has had someone work on the problem unsuccessfully.
I would not recommend Ranger Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing work.
