Kevin arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous and friendly, and he resolved our leaking sink problem within the hour ! Kevin was extremely knowledgable and with some time left on the service call , he offered to take a look at a bathroom fixture that had been intermittently problematic. Upon looking , he told us exactly what was going on, and how to correct the fixture the next time it was problematic. AND he took his shoes off in my country home....no farm mud on my clean floors !!! I would totally reccomend Ranger to anyone looking for professional service, service that is quality, honest and fair . Big Thumbs Up to Keven !!! more

Kevin helped my family out so much and if it wasn’t for him my family wouldn’t be happy. He never complained once about his job he did his job nice and well done. My dad an I never met such a nice worker like him and he was just the best worker we could’ve ever even ask for. I am happy to have our hot water back and thanks to Kevin our family is really happy and stress relieved. Kevin was a very sweet guy. Didn’t get distracted once and he was a very thoughtful guy. Ranger Plumbing broke off their cable in my floor drain trying to get it unplugged. They left the cable in my floor drain and wouldn't come back. It cost me $2,500 to repair the problem Ranger caused me. more

I found Ranger Plumbing and Heating to be a lousy plumbing contractor. I discussed my floor drain problems with the owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating when I first decided to renovate my house. The owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating assured me my drain problem would be fixed. It is now 7 months later and I have paid my general contractor $222,700 on a $200,000 contract. The additional $22,700 was for change orders. After 7 months and nearly a quarter of a million dollars later, my floor drain still backs up. I spoke with the owner of Ranger Plumbing and Heating multiple times. He failed to show up twice when he said he would have someone there. He instructs his office help not to give out his phone number or email address so that homeowners who have a problem can contact him. In my final conversation with the owner, he had no explanation why my floor drain did not function properly, when I brought this up to him 7 months ago and he has had someone work on the problem unsuccessfully. Cody from Ranger Plumbing in Livingston was here today to help us with a leaking shower and a kitchen faucet install. He was terrific -- punctual, knowledgeable, polite, funny, and super helpful. He was able to diagnose and address our two needs, but also found other issues (including a humidifier leak that was flooding our back basement!) to help us with. We would also like to compliment the scheduler, Marie, for her prompt attention to our needs and her helpfulness. Ranger Plumbing is our new go-to Plumbing and Heating company!
