I just replaced two (2) HVAC systems in my home. Marcus was the sales/design specialist, and Tiffany, Aury, and Ronnie were the install team. I have not seen such hard work and dedication to provide a superior service in years!
They were prompt, courteous, informative, hard working, knowledgeable and went out of their way to create an noninvasive environment for pets and homeowner during this massive project.
Without exception, I would endorse Samm's! Perhaps not the least costly, but the best customer service I've seen in years! Wouldn't change a thing!
Pride in product and dedication to delivering that product in exemplary manner!
What a breath of fresh air for a homeowner these days!
