On Sunday, 5/31/20, I noticed a loud noise coming from the air conditioner unit outside the house. The temperature inside the house was 77 degrees when I had it set for 75, so I lowered the thermostat to 73 degrees and 45 minutes later it had only moved to 76 degrees, so I called Samm's and Timothy Salomon came out around 8:00 p.m. He did a thorough check of the system and got it working where the unit was cooling down. He also noticed that the compressor contactor was burned and would eventually have to be replaced. There was no way for him to know when it would actually need replacing, so I decided to go ahead and let him replace the contactor. Timothy explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and professional. Actually, Timothy has been to my house before to work on the unit, and he was very thorough that time as well. I am very pleased with Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend the company and technicians to anyone who has air and heating issues with their system. more

The crew was very professional in all respects. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they went along. They explained everything very well and patiently answered my many questions. The crew was very experienced and were very thorough in their work. We were very impressed. They are deserving of a five star rating. more

Javier was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He had good answers for our questions, offered excellent and sensible recommendations, and represents Samm's very positively and effectively. You're lucky to have him, and you are obviously doing a great job of hiring and training good folks. We'll be glad to see Javier any time! We had a problem with air conditioner not cooling effectively. Samm's figured out the problem other companies could not. They were knowledgeable, honest, and have great customer service. Thank you Tim! more

Emergency help 9/22/2019

I just wanted to express my appreciation for Victor's work on Saturday Sept 21. It had already been a long day for him when he arrived at my house at 6:00PM. By 8:30 my A/C was working again. This included a long drive to pick up the needed part. I wasn't surprised by the service since I have known Victor for a long time now. Thanks again. more

Christina was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. She truly exemplies the values held by Samm's. Daniel is truly knowledgable about the Trane system what it takes to run at the optimal. Not only knowledgable, Daniel is very personable, good at understanding the description of the issues involved, and fixing those issues. Daniel involves the homeowner in learning about the system and even pointing out some available features heretofore unknown. more

Daniel was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He assessed the system and made recommendations. The only suggestion I have is that customers be given a more narrow window in which to expect the call. This is most helpful for those of us who work full time and must take time to address these home matters. Receiving a call approximately 30 mins before Daniel is on his way would have been greatly appreciated. more

Quality alongside Integrity 3/29/2019

I received system install bids from three different companies. I am so glad that my evaluations led me to select SAMMS for our replacement system.
