This would be a 0....these attorney's are the most corrupt, lazy, attorneys there are! Not only will they break the laws to get their wins in court, they have exparte communications with the judge to get those wins.
If you ever have to contact these lazy people...GOOD LUCK!! Ms. Braem REFUSED to contact us back for a MONTH about a broken kitchen sink, that her clients wouldn't fix either (STAY AWAY FROM FOXRIDGE FARMS TRAILOR PARK OR ANY PLACE RUN BY ASCENTIA REALESTATE)!! Same company, just goes by different names in court. These lawyers have REFUSED any and ALL contact we tried making during months of court and even after trying to get our deposit back. Now, we will be in court for that AND this firm did their motions in a way that is plain deceitful and trashy! They have been busted now and charges (criminal and lawsuits, both State and Federal violations) are pending.
Be VERY VERY careful with this firm. They WILL help their clients do ILLEGAL evictions and self help evictions.
We will keep EVERYONE updated as these charges make it to court. We will NOT stay silent!!! WE ARE HERE TO HELP ANYONE NEEDING HELP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
