Review content:
The technician was knowledgeable about the service repair but he had to make a return visit to teach me how to take care of the situation in case it reoccurs in the future. Remember to let the scheduler know in advance so that you are not charged twice for the same service. Luckily the technician was nice enough to teach me how to light my water heater pilot on his return visit without requesting me to pay an extra fee.
