After being at the beach all day with two 11 year olds, we were heading to dinner in Virginia Beach when our truck hit something in the road and blew out. We had never used our spare and it wouldn't release from the cable. Several people tried to help without success. AAA said someone would be there in 2 hours which turned into 4. One lovely couple called their friend Matt who owned Hickory Towing and even though he doesn't usually come to the area we were in, he did. Matt picked up a tire from his shop, brought it to us and put it on for us. He was very professional and friendly. We didn't get home until after midnight but had it not be for Matt, we wouldn't have got home that night. I highly recommend Hickory Towing! Thank you Matt!
