Emily took my initial email request and then followed up with me a few days later when I didn't respond to her email, which actually floored me since not a lot of companies do that these days... and that's a shame! Then Robbi came out and performed service on two (2) HVAC units, and he also called me to ask if I wanted to turn the HVAC up to keep the electric service from running high in the vacant units. Now that's what I call SERVICE. Fowler Heating & Cooling is a fantastic company who goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of! Job well done Fowler Team
