Unit went down and tech was here when they said he would be. Not much he could do but he did get it to cool a little. Very experienced individual, no smoke and mirrors

Fantasic Service 7/10/2018

Emily took my initial email request and then followed up with me a few days later when I didn't respond to her email, which actually floored me since not a lot of companies do that these days... and that's a shame! Then Robbi came out and performed service on two (2) HVAC units, and he also called me to ask if I wanted to turn the HVAC up to keep the electric service from running high in the vacant units. Now that's what I call SERVICE. Fowler Heating & Cooling is a fantastic company who goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of! Job well done Fowler Team more

AC Repair 6/5/2018

My AC unit has consistently leaked down 2 lbs of Freon yearly and Tony was able to find the leak, and repair it. I look forward to working with Fowler Heating & Cooling for my future needs. more

HONEST! 1/11/2017

My parents were selling their home, and one place said their unit needed $2000 worth of work after home inspection. I asked these guys to go double check for me. Not only did they explain nothing was wrong, but pointed out the unit was still under warranty! I can't tell you enough how honest, and straightforward these guys are! Wouldn't use anyone else! more

Inspection and filter change 10/14/2015

Tyson went over all the furnace, inspected, cleaned, changed filter, cleaned out drain line,, and left the furnace ready to operate! It is a pleasure to have the polite young man to service our furnace. more

Speedy and Excellent Service 8/25/2014

Last Thursday we got home from an out of town trip and discovered our air conditioner was not cooling sufficiently. We called Fowler's about 2 pm and one of their techs was at our home by 4pm. It took only a short time to complete the repair. We were delighted! Thank you. more

Review of Mike at Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home 12/27/2012

Mike was very courteous He also put items in the furnace room back where they belonged He was considerate of the inside of the building when he came in He made sure when he was done that we understood everything he had done and asked if there was anything else that we needed. I asked him about other services that Fowler's offered and he explained in detail. I would always recommend him for any service call knowing that it would be done right. more
