Review content:
Chris arrived at our house at the appointed time. He was personal, professional and well spoken. He analyzed our problem quickly, estimated the cost of repair and with our approval immediately went to work fixing our plumbing problem. A short time later the work was completed at the price he first quoted. He took the time to make certain all areas that he worked in were cleaned up and the floors swept.
Because access to the leaking pipes were behind a ceramic tile wall, Chris had to cut out the tiles to gain access. I was concerned because this was going to turn a small repair into a costly ceramic tile replacement repair. Chris was able to remove the ceramic tiles without breaking or damaging any of them in an exacting manner allowing me to re-attach the tiles at little cost to me.
I will ask for Chris again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
