Great Service 1/29/2020

Had some water pressure issues in the house and a broken pipe outside. Mike was on time, quick, informative, helpful and gave us a reasonable price. Will definitely call Sundial for all our future plumbing needs. more

Excellent service 10/6/2019

Chris Weiand came to our house this week to determine why the water had shut off in the pool house. There was no obvious answer so I arranged for Chris to schedule a testing of the water pipe. We were both frustrated. Rather than leaving right away Chris continued to look at the problem and ultimately discovered a turn off valve in an unlikely place. He showed initiative and always maintained a good attitude. This is the third or fourth time where I have had exceptional service from Sundial. more

Chris did an outstanding job, in understanding what we wanted an estimate for. He asked thoughtful questions, had a professional attitude and was very knowledgeable. In addition he took the time to fix a urinal that was leaking on our second floor. It was a pleasure having Chris out yesterday. I will ask for him again. more

Faucet replacement 11/20/2018

Have used Sundial Plumbing previously to replace a water heater and expected the same great service on this project as I received before. I called Sundial on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning, fast friendly service from the office staff. Randall arrived on time as scheduled and explained what he was going to do and exactly what the price would be to complete the job. He was very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. During the installation he ran into a problem that required extra time to resolve. Randall solved the issue and and let me know if I problems with it again to just give him a call and he would come back. Fair price, great service and definitely the company to call when you need a plumber. Thanks Randall and Sundial. more

Good news, Bad news 10/27/2018

They showed up when they said they would and replaced two 50 gallon hot water heaters. The quality and professionalism was good. They charged me an egregious $3800 when market was about $2200-$2400. Understand when you call them, you are paying for "EMERGENCY SERVICE." more

outstanding service and help. he arrived at time promised, carefully and professionally found the problems and fixed them in a short time. i had some other minor plumbing issues and he addressed them in the same way. i was grateful for his attention to detail and care in not causing a mess and leaving the areas addressed cleaner and better than when he started, i would recommend sundial to anyone with plumbing issues as the attitude i felt was that they were there to help and they did . job well done randall. thanks sj rosenbloom, more

Broken Water Line 9/30/2018

We had what seemed to be a small leak from a water line or sprinkler system. Chris and Nick came and checked out the problem---water line leak. They came back a three days later and repaired the pipes. They had to hand dig the job because of too many underground utilities. They worked hard and diligently through the heat and rain. They kept us informed during the whole process and there were not any surprise costs. My husband and I give 5 stars to Chris and Nick. We would definitely use SunDial Plumbing again and request those two to be our technicians. Thank you for a job well done. more

Chris was the best plumber I have had come out to my business. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and really cared about what problems I was having. He found the problem and fixed it, not only fixed it but checked other things to make sure everything was working the way it should. Great customer service!! 5+ rating Give this guy a raise more

Work performance 8/27/2018

Gary completed work in the master bathroom - he determined what needed to be done in the hall bathroom and said he would call to set a date to complete the work in the hall bathroom. He indicated he would call by at least the next Monday. It has been 2 weeks and he has not called. I called the office and indicated I did not need his services and would find another plumber. Additionally, on the day of the original service I was told the appointment would be from 8 a.m. to noon. Gary finally showed up a little after 2 p.m. more

Had an emergency after hours. The response time was quick. Gary was great! He arrived when he said he would. Was professional, courteous and knew exactly what we needed. He really did a good job. They will be my go to Plumber from now on. more
