I will admit, I was a little skeptical of Samm’s Heating and Air Conditioning – even more so when I was initially given a window of 7PM – 11PM on my inquiry for service. Since I figured my issue wasn’t an emergency, I opted for a Saturday morning appointment with a window of 8AM-12PM. Tim Salomon was my technician and he went straight to work once I explained my issue to him. He listened intently looked at my thermostat, control board and compressor. It wasn’t an easy fix and took him a couple of hours to assess the issue, diagnose the problem and fix it. He explained his process and kept me in the loop while fixing the issue. The best part…there was no upsell on anything. He was straightforward and thorough. I would highly recommend Samm’s based on Tim’s outstanding service.
