We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from this team throughout our basement finish job and would highly recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air to everyone.
Mike Missimer did our estimate and he was amazing to work with from start to finish! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Not only did he educate us on all of our HVAC options and the process from start to finish, but he also worked on our behalf to save us unnecessary work and money in areas we were clueless. The inspector wanted work done to our system to meet code requirements but Mike knew our system and the codes and went to bat for us. Because of Mike’s knowledge and understanding of codes, the additional work wasn’t required after all. This is a company that has the best interest of the customer in mind!
Justin B., Tim F. and Don A. were our installers and also great to work with. They were extremely helpful, respectful and polite. They did a great job with communicating and cleaning up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
