We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from this team throughout our basement finish job and would highly recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air to everyone. Mike Missimer did our estimate and he was amazing to work with from start to finish! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Not only did he educate us on all of our HVAC options and the process from start to finish, but he also worked on our behalf to save us unnecessary work and money in areas we were clueless. The inspector wanted work done to our system to meet code requirements but Mike knew our system and the codes and went to bat for us. Because of Mike’s knowledge and understanding of codes, the additional work wasn’t required after all. This is a company that has the best interest of the customer in mind! Justin B., Tim F. and Don A. were our installers and also great to work with. They were extremely helpful, respectful and polite. They did a great job with communicating and cleaning up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you! more

Steve Young was on time and ready to take on the assigned task. He was helpful in eliminating problems in the furnace area such as inadequate lighting etc. He completed the job efficiently and reset the thermostat to my requests and explained the options to me. Prompt efficient service 12/5/2016

A technician had to return after the condensation pump was missed during the initial seasonal maintenance visit for the furnace. The second technician was able to quickly clean the pump, blow out the hose to improve drainage flow, and get the system back to normal function. Clean, courteous, prompt, and responsive service. more

Installation of a Bryant Furnace & Air Conditioner 10/9/2016

My first dealing was with Kenney. He was prompt on my request for him to come to my house to determine what I needed. Once I had a proposal, I then talked with Angela about an Install date Her availability date was much later in October than I was hoping for. She said she would check the next morning, and get back to me if she could move the date forward. She called the next morning with an acceptable install date, which we agreed upon. On the 6th of October Mick and Steven arrived on time to begin the install. It took them the better part of two days - mainly because they had to correct a fault in one of the ducts that had nothing to do with Ft. Collins Heating & A/C, but was discovered by Kenney on his inspection visit, and required attention. Everyone I had contact with at Ft. Collins Heating & A/C were friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. Everything they said they would do, they did! more

Steve arrived in the window of time agreed soon and was tuned into my needs, had the part on hand and fixed the problem quickly. He informed me of the problem and told me the time I had left on my appliances so I can start budgeting for replacements. Thanks! more

Excellent on all levels from affordable and precise diagnosis and repairs. Jesse is personable and polite. I will use FCH&AC again. more

Great as always 5/17/2016

Fort Collins Heating and Air never seem to let us down. The technicians always call before they are due to arrive and they arrive on time, ready to go. Jesse Christopherson was our technician this time and he did a great job of checking out all the equipment and making sure it was ready to go for the conditioning season. I found that even when he was uncertain about a piece of technology, he called back to the office. that is one of the benefits of how Glenn has his employee bench set up, deep with knowledge. Jesse explained all that he did in a very direct and understandable position. Great job by all!!! more

Great service 3/13/2016

Cody did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. My furnace's variable speed fan control had failed. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Since no replacement part was available he put in a used motor he had as a spare loaner . This way that I would have some heat until we could get a part or replace the furnace if appropriate. more

Great installation 1/16/2016

Anthony and Mick were did and excellent job with the installation of our new furnace (Jan 15, 2016). They had great attitudes and did a great job of answering all of our questions. They were very professional and I would highly recommend FC Heating and AC. more
