Where do I start? I paid 118.00 UP FRONT for car and taxes. Then when I picked up the rental I agreed to the prepay fuel charge (fine no issue there) but I did not agree to any extra rental insurance as we were going to barely be driving it. The guy behind the counter rushed us through and confirmed NO RENTAL insurance. GUESS WHAT!?!! YEP we were charged an extra $90 for rental insurance we did not agree to. Yes we signed the little screen in front of the counter to confirm NO RENTAL insurance but because it was only a signature line, we did not know we were signing for insurance. The agent put it on without our knowledge and when I called the customer service they will not do anything about it. BEWARE and go elsewhere. I have never had issues with any other rental company. For what I paid for a midsize, I paid less for a Mustang convertible elsewhere. HORRIBLE customer service! OVER CHARGED! It also took me three calls to just get an email of my bill. They never even gave me one when I returned the car as they said they would. It was at an airport in Houston.
