My Hoekstra HVAC technician, Cornelius S, was professional and courteous during the annual AC cleaning and tuning today. He arrived during the scheduled time window; and immediately went to work. He was careful to use shoe covers when entering the house and removed them when leaving so as to keep them clean for indoor use. Also, when I made him aware of my pending meeting, Cornelius made an effort to successfully complete the services before my meeting start time; and he did. Once the cleaning and tuning services were completed, he returned my thermostat settings to their previous values and provided a review of his activities and findings, along with the suggestion to call Hoekstra for coolant options since it is too cool outside today to properly determine if more coolant is required in my unit.
I have been a Hoekstra HVAC customer for many years; and I recommend Hoekstra services for home heating and cooling. I also recommend the technician, Cornelius S, to complete cooling maintenance services.
